the left and can accomodate a larger group.
Ground Floor.
3 bedrooms - 1 king size, 1 twin and 1 family
room with a double bed and 2 singles. All the
bedrooms have ensuite fully tiled bathrooms. The
family room has a separate shower as well as a
bath, WC and basin. The other bathrooms have a
bath with shower above, WC and basin. There is
also a separate cloakroom with WC and basin.
First Floor.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table and
4 stools.Spacious lounge and dining area with
feature stone fireplace, dining table to seat
8 and patio doors onto patio and terraced sitting
area overlooking open fields.
NO pets or smoking is allowed in this
property.

The patio is access either through the lounge
or from the side of the building. Trees and fields
overlook the garden, a real treat on a summers

group but with all the comfort of Woodside.

Other Notes.
One well behaved dog is allowed in Parkside for
which there is a small extra charge. We ask that
it is not left alone in the house or allowed in
the bedrooms or furniture. Smoking is allowed
in the living areas of Parkside, although not
in the bedrooms.
